各有关人员：
为做好2024年上半年留学生学位授予工作，现将有关留学研究生学位论文评阅工作通知如下：
一、院内评审与提交电子版评阅信息
各个学院拟参加本次学位论文评阅的人员须于2月16日前做好院内评审工作。
拟参加本次学位论文评阅的人员须于2024年1月18日前，填写《研究生学位论文评阅申请登记表》电子版（附件1 excel版本），并以“申请人学号+姓名”为文件名，交给所在学院，并且发送电子版到国际教育学院指定邮箱：1159275430@qq.com
1. School Assessment and Submission of the information about the electronic version for review:
All hospitals/schools are required to complete the school assessment before February 16th for the purpose of evaluating their thesis/dissertations.
All applicants to attend the thesis review please fill in the electronic version of the Registration Form for Thesis/Dissertation Review.xls (Attachment 1: relevant forms) and send it to both hospital and the following school e-mail: 1159275430@qq.com January 18th , and name the file in such way as “student ID + name”.
二、提交学位论文评阅稿电子版
请各位同学根据所在学院通知的时间期限内，登陆论文送审平台https://wmu.lwglxt.com// (账号密码均为学号）提交论文电子版（pdf格式文档），进行院内评审（2月16日前需完成），且将该电子版论文以“学号+申请人姓名”为文件名，发送到所在学院和国际教育学院指定邮箱: 1159275430@qq.com
2月16日前学院将删除所有学生已上传论文，学生务必于2月19日24:00前再次上传学位论文评阅稿终稿进行校内评审。
评阅稿电子版格式必须为pdf格式文档；须包含封面和目录，论文封面须保留“学科专业”和“类型（学术型/专业型）”信息。电子稿需隐去学位论文评阅稿中所有涉及到作者姓名、导师姓名等相关身份信息内容，同时隐去发表论文附表及致谢内容，如上交论文未按要求隐去个人信息，不予评阅。
2. Submission of the electronic version of thesis/dissertation:
Please submit your electronic version of thesis/dissertation (.pdf) on the websire: https://wmu.lwglxt.com// (password&account number is your student id) to get school evaluation before February 16th（please confirm the deadline with your hospital/school ）, and send it to the following e-mail:1159275430@qq.com, with the name of the file in such way as “student ID + name”.
The school/hospital will delete all the thesis/dissertation before February16th, all students should submit the final version on February 19th to get the university evaluation.
The electronic format for reviewing thesis/dissertation must be in pdf format; The cover and table of contents shall be included, and the cover of the thesis shall retain information on "Subject Specialization" and "Type (Academic/Professional)".The electronic version of the thesis/dissertation submitted shall omit all the relevant information involving the name of the author or the name of the supervisor, etc. as well as the appendix of papers published and the acknowledgements. Thesis/dissertation containing those kinds of information shall not be sent for review.
三、现场审核
2 月22 日-23 日完成现场审核，具体时间根据各学院安排并提交材料清单(见附件一：相关表格)
Prepare relevant materials according to the list and submit them to the school/hospital for review from February 22-23. (see Attachment 1: relevant forms).
四、材料上交时间和地点
请参加本次学位论文评阅人员按照各学院规定的时间，至各二级学院留学研究生管理部门进行现场资格审核：
请各学院认真审核申请人资格及提交材料，严格把关，不符合要求者不予提交；并于2月28日前将本学院所有学位论文、论文评阅申请者数据及其他材料收齐、审核并整理后（按申请学位类型分类并按学号排序），统一上交国际教育学院教学办（同仁楼A310-1室），再由国际教育学院递交校研究生院学位办公室（同心楼617室）。
只须递交1篇符合学位申请条件的发表文章复印件至国际教育学院，我院不接收多余的合格文章以及不合格的文章（包括未见刊的、缺SCI收录证明的、文章带水印的）！
未按规定时间要求提交电子版学位论文评阅稿，或未至所在学院进行现场审核及提交论文，后果自负！
4. Time and Location of Material Submission
Please submit all the required materials to the postgraduate office of the training school (hospital) in time (according to the notice of your training school/hospital).
Training schools (hospitals) should examine and verify the materials carefully and reject those that do not meet the requirements; then sort out and submit the theses/dissertations and other materials to the School of International Studies before February 28th . The School of International Studies will finally submit all the materials to the Graduate School.
Only one copy of the published theses meeting the application requirements should be submitted to the School of International Studies, and the School of International Studies will not receive the extra qualified theses and unqualified theses !
The student shall be responsible for the consequence himself/herself if he/she does not submit the electronic version of thesis/dissertation in time or does not attend the on-site audit!
五、所有申请论文评阅者，都须参加研究生学位论文相似度检测，检测通过后方可参加论文评阅。详见《温州医科大学研究生学位论文相似度检测实施办法（试行）》（附件二:相关文件）。
5. All applicants shall attend the thesis/dissertation similarity detection and are allowed to attend the thesis/dissertation reviewing when they pass the similarity detection, referring to the Measures of Wenzhou Medical University for the Implementation of Thesis/Dissertation Similarity Detection (Attachment 2: relevant documents).
六、国际教育学院和研究生院只接收各学院提交的论文，个人直接提交研究生院概不受理。
6. The School of International Studies and the Graduate School only accepts thesis/dissertation submitted by schools and will not accept any thesis/dissertation directly submitted by individual.
