Biography:
Dr. Baohua Liu is a prominent figure in neurorehabilitation and currently serves as the Vice Dean of the Rehabilitation Medicine College at Wenzhou Medical University. He is also the Chief Physician and Chief of the Neurorehabilitation Department at The 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. Dr. Liu has a rich educational background with an M.D. in Neurology from Jilin University, a Master's degree in Neurology, and a Bachelor's degree in Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Tuina of Chinese Medicine from Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Liu has published numerous peer-reviewed papers and book chapters, led significant research projects, and holds several patents. His research focuses on the pathophysiological mechanisms and intervention treatments of traumatic/ischemic optic neuropathy and eye tumors. Dr. Liu is dedicated to advancing the field of neurorehabilitation through both clinical practice and research.
