Biography

Prof. Lin Li is a renowned researcher and educator, specializing in central nervous system (CNS) diseases and drug discovery. A former postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Lin has been recognized with numerous accolades, including:

· Selection to the prestigious National Ten Thousand Talents Program

· Recognition as a National Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions

· Appointment as Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Province Pharmacology Society

· The title of Excellent University Teacher of Zhejiang Province

Dr. Lin has led over 10 major scientific projects, including initiatives under the Ministry of Science and Technology's Major New Drug Creation Initiative and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Dr. Lin has published more than 50 papers in esteemed international journals, including Neuron. As a principal contributor, Dr. Lin has received a National Science and Technology Progress Award and two provincial-level science and technology honors.

Under Dr. Lin’s mentorship, numerous graduate students have achieved national scholarships and received distinctions for their academic excellence.

Research Interests

1. Investigating the distribution of fibroblast growth factors (FGFs) and their receptors within the brain, emphasizing their therapeutic potential in treating CNS diseases. This research aims to uncover mechanisms by which FGFs can combat neurological disorders.

2. Developing targeted delivery systems for FGFs to the brain to enhance the efficacy of CNS disease treatments. This work focuses on improving precision drug delivery to the brain, optimizing therapeutic outcomes, and ensuring that agents reach their intended targets effectively.
