1.School Assessment and Submission of the information about the electronic version for review:

All hospitals/schools are required to complete the school assessmentbefore February 18^th for the purpose of evaluating their thesis/dissertations.

All applicantstoattend the thesis reviewplease fill in the electronic version of theRegistration FormforThesis/DissertationReview(Attachment 1: relevantforms) and send it toboth hospital andthe followingschoole-mail:12766835@qq.com January 17th,andnamethe file in such way as “student ID + name”.

2. Submission of the electronic version of thesis/dissertation:

Please submit your electronic version of thesis/dissertation (.pdf) on the websire: https://wmu.lwglxt.com// (password&account number is your student id) to get school evaluation, and send it to the following e-mail:12766835@qq.com, between February 1st and February 18th, with the name of the file in such way as “student ID + name”.

The school will delete all the thesis/dissertation on February 20th,all students should submit the final version on February 22th to get the university evaluation.

The electronic format for reviewing thesis/dissertation must be in pdf format; The cover and table of contents shall be included, and the cover of the thesis shall retain information on "Subject Specialization" and "Type (Academic/Professional)".The electronic version of the thesis/dissertation submitted shall omit all the relevant information involving the name of the author or the name of the supervisor, etc. as well as the appendix of papers published and the acknowledgements. Thesis/dissertation containing those kinds of information shall not be sent for review.

3.On-site auditand relevant materials shall be submitted:

(1) Thesis/dissertationfor review (paper version):

①Master Students:2copies of thesis and omit the relevant information.

②PhD students:6copies of dissertation and omit the relevant information.Besides,5copies ofExpertReviewForm of doctoralDissertation(seeAttachment 1:relevantforms).

The requirements for the thesis/dissertation for review (Blind Review):omit the relevant contentinvolvingthe name of the author or the name of the supervisor, the appendix of papers published and the acknowledgements.Besides, a copy of thecompletecover of the thesis/dissertationis also required (including the name of author, student ID and name of supervisor).

(2) Application Form for Thesis/DissertationReview (including the comments from the supervisor).

(3)PhD students and master students shall also submit the originalpublishedpaper and a copy of it, including the cover, contents and full text. The original paper will be returned after verification. Please write your name and student ID number on the cover of the copy and underline the name of your paper in the contents. If it is accepted by SCI, please provide the proof of SCI record, which should show its average Impact Factorinthe last5 year.

(4)Copy ofthe registration page ofstudent ID book

(5) The requirements for the edition and printing of thesis please refer to (Attachment 2: relevant documents), and the format of cover andmatterscalling forattentionplease refer to (Attachment 1: relevant forms).

(6) The list of materials to be submitted (see Attachment 1: relevant forms).

4. Time and Location of Material Submission

Please submitall the requiredmaterials to thepostgraduate office of thetraining school (hospital)in time(according to the notice of your training school/hospital).

Training schools (hospitals) shouldexamine and verifythe materials carefully andrejectthose that do not meet the requirements; then sort out and submit the theses/dissertations and other materials to the School of International Studiesbefore February 25^th.The School of International Studies will finally submit all the materials to the Graduate School.

Only one copy of the published theses meeting the application requirements should be submitted to the School of International Studies, and the School of International Studies will not receive the extra qualified theses and unqualified theses !

The student shall be responsible for the consequence himself/herself if he/she does not submit the electronic version of thesis/dissertation in time or does not attend theon-site audit!

5.All applicants shall attend thethesis/dissertationsimilarity detectionand are allowed to attend the thesis/dissertation reviewing when they pass thesimilarity detection, referring to the Measures of Wenzhou Medical University for theImplementationof Thesis/Dissertation SimilarityDetection(Attachment 2: relevant documents).

6.The School of International Studies and the Graduate School only accepts thesis/dissertationsubmitted by schools and will not accept any thesis/dissertation directly submitted by individual.
