2024 Full-time International Postgraduate Students Admitted to China:

The training plan constitutes an indispensable component of the postgraduate training procedure and acts as a guarantee for the students' learning and research throughout their period of study at the university. To ensure that the 2024 full-time master's and doctoral students can smoothly execute their training plans, we hereby notify the specific matters as follows:

1. Training plan formulation period:

From November 6, 2024 to January 2, 2025. Each school is required to complete all relevant tasks and submit the paper version to the School of International Studies before the due date.

2. Training plan formulation procedure:

Students have discussions with their mentors and formulate individual training plans - students fill in the training plan and submit it to the tutor for review - the tutor conducts a strict review of the training plan and submits relevant comments - students print out the written training plan and submit it to the college:

1.Supervisor review: The completed training plan should be submitted to the supervisor for review, and the written version can be printed and submitted to the college after obtaining the supervisor's approval.

2.School review: The college reviews the student training plan, and the training plan approved by the college cannot be modified any more, which is the final version.

3.Precautions:

The School of International Studies will inspect the implementation of the training plan from time to time. For those who fail to submit the training plan on time or implement it in accordance with the plan, corresponding penalties such as suspension of mid-term assessment, postponement of defense and termination of training will be imposed in accordance with the relevant regulations of our school.

Important Notices for Completing the Training Plan:

1.Doctoral and Master's students in the medical domain are obliged to fill in clinical skills practice and teaching practice. Master's students in non-medical domains are compelled to fill in teaching practice.

2.- Clinical practice: Comprises outpatient clinic observation, ward observation, teaching rounds, et cetera.

-Teaching practice: May encompass preparing lessons, trial teaching, lecturing, after-class tutoring, organizing class discussions, guiding student experiments, or tutoring undergraduate theses. In case the specific time has not been ascertained yet, the projected time can be filled in.

3.Master's students in clinical medicine merely have to fill in clinical skills practice, such as: September 2024 - June 2027: Rotation (*department, *department, etc.)
