In order to further standardize the teaching management of international students,according to the document " Standards of Higher Education Quality for International Students in China (Trial) (Ministry of Education [2018]No. 50), "Regulations for the Management of International Students in Areas of International Student Status " (Wenzhou Medical University [2017] No.101), "Regulations of Wenzhou Medical University on Degree Awarding “(Wenzhou Medical University[2011]No.102,the university has set Chinese language proficiency requirement for international students,the requirement are as follow:

1.undergraduate with major where English is the teaching language:

2.Undergraduates and postgraduates with major where Chinese is the teaching language are required to obtain HSK5 or above (score 180 or above)

3.Postgraduates with major where English is the teaching language are required to obtain HSK3 or above (score 180 or above)

4. International Students not mentioned above shall be follow the original regulations.

5.International students who do not meet the language requirements are not allowed to apply for graduation.

6.The right of explanation of the regulations belongs to the School of International Studies.
