In order to promote mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese people and the people of other countries in the world, and to develop exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries in the fields of politics, economy, culture, education, economy and trade, Wenzhou Medical University has set up a scholarship program at the university level to finance students from other countries in the world to study in our university.

1. Enrollment Category Quota and Scholarship Period

1) Enrollment Categories:

1. Master's Degree: Scholarships are awarded for a period of 3 years;

2. Doctoral Degree: Scholarships are awarded for a period of 3 years;

3. Master’s + Doctoral Degree: Scholarships are awarded for a period of 2+3 years;

2) Scholarship Period:

1. The duration of the scholarship is the number of years of study determined at the time of admission, and will not be extended in principle after the student's arrival in China.

2. Scholarships may not be used across years.

2. Scholarship contents and criteria

· Scholarships for master's degree students: free of tuition fees, accommodation and other expenses at one's own expense;

· Scholarships for doctoral degree students: free of tuition fees, living expenses of 3,000 RMB/month provided during the study period, accommodation and other expenses at one's own expense;

· Scholarships for Master & Doctoral Degree Students: free of tuition fees, living expenses of 2500 RMB/month for master's duration; living expenses of 3000 RMB/month for doctoral duration, accommodation and other expenses at one's own expense.

3. Application Procedure

Applicants apply directly to Wenzhou Medical University by logging in to the Wenzhou Medical University International Student Service Platform at https://wmu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx, to register and upload application materials.
